Designed by Oiva Toikka, Birds by Toikka are individually handmade, mouth blown glass art objects. A new bird has joined the collection annually since 1972. Each unique bird has its own personality. Sky Curlew embodies the light airiness of birds. His streamlined design extends from his long, narrow beak to his thin tail while his silvery lustre combines with a soft baby blue glass that results in a bird that is as dreamy as the sky itself.
